Summary
The Partnership for the Delaware Estuary (PDE), a regional environmental nonprofit organization based in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking to fill the position of Urban Resilience Assistant Manager. We are looking for an experienced individual to manage the day-to-day programmatic activities related to urban science and restoration ecology projects. The Assistant Manager leads and oversees the design, development, and implementation of nature-based tactics projects and initiatives that promote ecosystem services and resilience, especially those that benefit urban communities.
The ideal candidate will have project management experience in a dynamic setting. This position will support the PDE’s Science and Resilience Program; manage day-to-day operations of urban science and resiliency projects; and facilitate scientific (and programmatic) connections among resources that deliver key ecosystem services (and societal benefits) in urban landscapes, such as freshwater mussel/SAV beds, tidal wetlands, and adjacent upland habitats.

Compensation Information
The pay for this position ranges from $60,000-65,000 depending on experience. This is a full time (35 hrs /week), exempt position with a competitive benefits package.
