What could be a wilder experience than working at a Zoo? Working for the Zoological Society of Milwaukee (ZSM) has unique advantages beyond your typical benefits package. Take a break from your busy day with a peaceful walk around Zoo grounds to say hello to some of the more than 2,200 animals that call the Milwaukee Zoo home. Bring home a complimentary Zoo Pass so you can show off the Zoo to friends and family all year long.

The benefits of working for ZSM extend far beyond the walls of the Zoo. You’ll be an important part of a well-respected Milwaukee non-profit organization dedicated to supporting conservation efforts locally and globally, educating people about the importance of wildlife and wild places, and supporting the Milwaukee County Zoo, a premier cultural treasure in our community. Your day-to-day job will have a lasting impact on wildlife, as well as the guests who visit the Milwaukee Zoo.
