Mile High Youth Corps is a nonprofit social enterprise program powered by Corpsmembers; complete a Term of Service with our Colorado Climate Corps program.
Summary
Join us for our 2023 Climate Corps- Energy & Water Conservation program! The Energy & Water Conservation program (E&W) is a team-based, 26 or 34 week-long program for individuals between the ages 18-24. E&W participants (called Corpsmembers) serve on community-based energy and water conservation projects throughout the Denver metro area. Corpsmembers will be enrolled in AmeriCorps—a national community service program.
Get paid $1,120 biweekly while doing what you love and earn a scholarship of $1,374.60 – $3,247.50!

*In order to qualify for the position, you must have a high school diploma or GED*

Compensation Information
- Biweekly stipend: Earn a living stipend of $1,120 for non-drivers, $1,140 for drivers (pre-tax) every two weeks.
- Education Award: Earn a scholarship of up to $2,474.27 (675 hour term, compensation chart below). This award can be used to pay future tuition, training costs, and payback of qualifying student loans. Individuals have 7 years to use the education award.
- Industry Recognized Certifications: OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, Building Science Principles, Sustainability Excellence Associate and your choice of professional certificates for Renewable Energy, Green Building, Water Management, and Outdoor Conservation industries.
