Summer Camp Staff

Camp Nor’wester – Washington State, USA – Seasonal – Residential Camp is seeking summer camp staff for 2023! Hiring for a variety of positions including Unit Leaders, Program Instructors, Support Staff and more! If you’re looking for an outdoor adventure in a beautiful setting this summer, and you are committed to supporting young people in their growth and skill-building, please check us out! We want staff who are ready to contribute to shaping the next generation, growing themselves and others along the way. There are many opportunities for building interpersonal, leadership, critical-thinking, collaborative, and problem-solving skills in the staff experience – you will build skills you can use in many arenas for the rest of your life!

Summer Contract runs from the week of June 11 through Aug 24, with part-summer options available (week of June 11 – July 21 OR July 16 – Aug 24). Salaries range from $350-$450/week depending on positions. Nor’wester is located in the San Juan Islands of Washington State.
