Join us for a Summer to remember! Camp Colman is situated on the Case inlet of the Puget sound, with views of the Olympic Mountains and opportunities to see Harbor Seals and other marine life! YMCA Camp Colman Summer Camp Cabin Counselors will be responsible for a cabin of campers, lead activities such as archery, rock climbing, boating, crafts, and campfires. Our counselors are role models for campers during their week-long experience at camp. The Summer season runs from June until the end of August. Leadership opportunities also available – see our website for details on Village leaders, inclusion specialists, and activity specialist roles. Compensation starts at $75/day, plus on-site staff housing, meals in the camp lodge when programs are running, use of camp facilities and gear when not in use (kayaks, canoes, climbing tower, and so much more), Y membership, rapidly accruing paid time off, and experiencing a powerful, intimate community.
