Looking to gain hands-on experience in environmental education? Join our team and help connect people of all ages to the
natural world! This education focused internship is perfect for college students or recent college graduates interested in teaching, outreach and working outdoors!

Summary

We provide shared housing and $200/week living stipend in addition to an invaluable experience & networking opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist and lead environmental education programs
  • Work with students and community groups
  • Support outreach events and guided tours
  • Create educational materials and social media content
  • Help maintain exhibits & program spaces
  • Assist with care of EE animals

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-world teaching and public speaking experience
  • Skills in curriculum development & Interpretation

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Work well with others
  • Comfortable working outdoors
  • Experience with Microsoft office, google drive, Canva, & social media.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • First aid/cpr a plus
