Summary
NAAEE seeks volunteers to review proposals in May for the 52nd Annual Conference and 20th Annual Research Symposium. Reviewers should have at least five years of experience in the field.
Apply to review proposals by May 5!
For over five decades, NAAEE has convened one of the leading annual conferences for environmental education professionals. And the annual research symposium attracts new and established researchers to examine in-progress EE research and promote dialogue between researchers and practitioners.
Our fully virtual 2023 conference will focus on the importance of collaboration, creativity, and crossing boundaries to address the environmental and social issues we face. None of us can tackle these issues alone; we need stronger collaborations, more diverse partnerships, and insights from people with varying backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas. We also can't address the systemic injustices that have marginalized so many unless we understand the shared roots of social and ecological crises and collectively work with intention toward justice.
All conference and research symposium presentation proposals are due Friday, May 5, and review will start shortly after. Conference reviewers can expect to receive about 8–10 proposals in each strand in which you indicate interest. Research Symposium reviewers can expect 10–12 proposals. Most reviewers spend about 10 minutes per proposal. Reviews must be completed by May 24.
Please share with colleagues and students TODAY!
How to Apply:
