Camp Reimagined is a QTPOC-led non-profit located on 1,000 acres of unceded Lenape land in what is today known as Huguenot, NY. Camp Reimagined provides space for Queer and BIPOC youth and adults to learn liberation skills through experiences in the outdoors.

Camp Reimagined is currently seeking 4-8 individuals to join our community as program staff members during the summer season to support our partner organizations in facilitating summer camp experiences for 200+ Queer and BIPOC youth.

Summary

No two days at Camp Reimagined are ever the same, and neither are our staff members. Camp Reimagined welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. Individuals excited about being outdoors, working with youth, doing physically strenuous work, and endeavoring to create a justice-centered community will find themselves at home here.

 

The Specifics:

Employment dates: June 20th, 2026 - August 17th, 2026  (Opportunity to extend dates of employment available)

$18-20/hr depending on experience. (Full-time: $720-$800 Weekly)

Guaranteed 40 hours per week, part-time positions available for local applicants.

Opportunity for overtime + overtime pay

Transportation stipend to/from camp Housing and all meals provided.

ARC Lifeguarding, Belay, and CPR/AED certifications provided

 

Compensation Information

$18-20/hr depending on experience. (Full-time: $720-$800 Weekly)

Guaranteed 40 hours per week
