Summary

Morro Coast Audubon Society is seeking a full-time, exempt, hybrid Program Manager to lead FEATHER (Fostering Environmental Awareness Through High School Education and Research), our innovative environmental education program serving high school students in San Luis Obispo County. FEATHER combines environmental education, citizen science, college readiness, and bird conservation through hands-on outdoor learning and community partnerships. Compensation Information

Compensation: $72,000–$79,000 annually, depending on experience. This is a full-time, exempt position. Benefits include a monthly health insurance stipend, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), professional development opportunities, and a flexible hybrid work environment.
