Summary

Program Manager – Position Summary

Earth Forward Group (EFG) is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Program Manager  to lead workforce development initiatives that support careers in sustainable construction, energy efficiency, and high-performance buildings. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of education and training programs across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and other states, ensuring exceptional client service, program quality, and successful delivery of all contractual commitments.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with clients, educators, regulators, instructors, and industry partners, oversee program logistics and budgets, analyze program data, facilitate meetings and presentations, and contribute to the development of new programs and strategic growth initiatives. Strong project management, communication, analytical, and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a professional with experience in program or project management who is passionate about sustainability, workforce development, education, and creating meaningful environmental impact. Knowledge of energy efficiency, weatherization, green building, or related sustainability fields is highly desirable. Compensation Information

This role will be paid $35 - $55/ hour depending on qualifications and experience, with a maximum of 35 hours allotted per week as a Full-Time Employee of Earth Forward Group
