Program and Engagement Associate

Willowsford Conservancy is seeking a Program & Engagement Associate to support and strengthen its community programs, communications, and volunteer engagement. This full-time role (40 hours/week) combines operational coordination with creative storytelling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating volunteers, onboarding, and engagement tracking
• Supporting logistics for farm-based programs, events, and educational activities
• Creating content for social media, newsletters, and community communications
• Assisting with community partnerships and HOA coordination
• Supporting administrative systems and occasional farm stand/program support

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited about environmental education, outdoor programming, and community connection. Some evening/weekend work is required for events.
