Preschool Teacher Substitute responsibilities include attending field trips, observing and assessing class interests, planning and implementing lessons and activities that expand on current interests, and creatively documenting class lessons to showcase the progress of the students. Preschool teacher will work with co-teacher to create an optimal learning environment for the students.
Summary
Preschool Teacher Substitute will accompany us on field trips to a local park for forest play on Monday, Wednesday, and possibly Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Our family day care home is a play-based Forest Kindergarten program for children 2.5 to 6 years old. We are in the process of registering as a family day care home provider.
