Inwater Research Group (IRG) is seeking a full-time Outreach Coordinator to help connect marine and coastal research with communities through engaging education and public outreach. This flexible, work-from-home position (with occasional local travel) is ideal for a creative, organized self-starter who enjoys hands-on learning, community engagement, and building partnerships that support marine conservation. The Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in developing and delivering STEM-based education programs, managing outreach initiatives, supporting events and partnerships, and helping expand innovative programs that inspire stewardship across diverse audiences.

Must be located in Martin or St. Lucie County

Compensation Information

This is a mid-level, hourly position starting at $23/hour, with overtime available. After a 90-day probationary period, benefits include paid time off, personal days, and retirement contributions. Occasional evening or weekend availability is required.
