Summary
Klamath Outdoor Science School is a non-profit organization based in Klamath Falls, Oregon offering field trips, residential Outdoor School, and summer camp programs to schools, families, and youth in Southern Oregon. We are currently hiring Activity Leaders for our spring Outdoor School programs.
Activity Leaders will be responsible for fostering a positive experience for students by leading them through their daily activities, promoting social emotional learning, assisting instructors during lessons, and leading evening activities.
Residential Outdoor School programs are held at our camp facility in Chiloquin, OR. Activity Leaders are strongly encouraged to reside onsite for residential programs, but commuting is permissible. Activity Leaders may be scheduled for either day shifts or evening shifts. All staff will be required to attend staff training at the camp from April 22-25.
Activity Leaders may also occasionally be scheduled for field trip programs. Field trips take place at locations in the Klamath Basin and occasionally the Rogue Valley. When these programs are scheduled, they typically run 8 AM - 3 PM.

Compensation Information
$18/hr. Full and part-time schedules available. This position may require some 12 hour shifts.
