Summary
In this role, you will work alongside a Lead Teacher, an Assistant Teacher and a Trustees of the Reservation naturalist, hiking on miles of trails each morning with your 14 student and contributing to the smooth running of the classrooms at our historic farm house school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher to develop and implement a nature-based curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of 3.9 to 5-year-olds.
- Lead and supervise a classroom of 14 students, ensuring their safety, engagement, and well-being.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and a love for nature.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and experiences.
- Adapt activities to suit changing weather conditions and seasonal changes, integrating nature into daily learning.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and any incidents.
