Outdoor, Nature-Based ECE Assistant Teacher

Join our outdoor, nature-based school in Leavenworth, Washington, as an assistant in our Willow program. At Willow, we faciliate developmentally appropriate learning experineces for preschool age (3 - 5 years) and K - 1st  students. At Mountain Sprouts, we foster a learning environment where children are creatively engaged in their natural surroundings, have the opportunity to learn and grow through purposeful, hands-on, experiential play. Early Childhood Education experience is desired, but not necessary for this position.

Willow runs Monday - Thursday during the school year and is outside all year round. The assistant teacher is needed from 8:45am - 12pm, Monday - Thursday, with opporutnities for subbing throughout the organization. Staff are expected to attend twice monthly staff meetings as well.
