Summary
The Outdoor Educators Institute (OEI) is looking for its next Program Coordinator, located in the Central Valley (Fresno, CA and the surrounding area). OEI supports the next generation of culturally relevant outdoor educators through hands-on field experiences and training as well as a virtual in-class training. OEI strengthens the leadership and outdoor technical skills of young adults who have been historically underrepresented in the outdoor education field, and provides a path to employment in outdoor education and recreation upon completion of the program.
The OEI Program Coordinator works under the guidance of the Director of Programs and reports directly to the OEI Program Manager. The OEI team works closely together and includes a Program Associate and OEI Coordinators in the Bay Area, CA and Seattle, WA. The OEI Program Coordinator will be responsible for participant recruitment, selection, and onboarding; program planning; and behind-the-scenes logistical coordination during program implementation.

Compensation Information
This is a non-exempt hourly position
Annual starting pay range: $23 - $26/hr.
$47,840-$54,080
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
