YMCA Camp Duncan invites passionate outdoor educators to join our team for the fall outdoor education season. Located on beautiful Fish Lake in Ingleside, Illinois, this seasonal opportunity offers hands-on experience teaching outdoor education, facilitating climbing wall, high ropes, and team-building programs, and working with school and retreat groups from across the Chicagoland area. Every day brings new experiences, supportive mentorship, and the chance to grow your teaching, leadership, and outdoor skills while living and working in a vibrant camp community.

Compensation Information
Compensation: $450 per week for the fall season, plus a private bedroom in shared on-site housing.
