Summary
YMCA Camp Kitaki is hiring Outdoor Education Instructors for our fall season! We are located in Louisville, Nebraska right between Lincoln and Omaha. The pay rate for this position is $540/week with optional on-site housing offered, as well as meals when groups are out. Professional growth opportunities include Red Cross CPR/First Aid Training, Lifeguard Certification (can increase weekly stipend to $575/week if completed) and Kitaki specific Challenge Course Facilitation. YMCA Camp Kitaki is known for their DEI work within the camping industry, supportive staff culture, as well as a focus on Child Abuse Prevention. The OE program is also growing, with opportunities for curriculum development and implementation. Fall Outdoor Education 2025 training starts Tuesday, August 26th through Friday, August 29th, with programmatic season through October 31st, 2025.
