As an Outdoor Education Instructor at YMCA Camp Kitaki you will help strengthen the community within a classroom and between adults and students. You will support students in reconnecting with nature and in doing so hone their critical thinking skills. Most importantly, you will see students build self-confidence and find their individual strengths.
Summary
YMCA Camp Kitaki is hiring Outdoor Education instructors for our spring season! We are located in Louisville, Nebraska right between Lincoln and Omaha. The pay rate for this position is $500/wk with on-site housing provided as well as meals when groups are out. Professional growth opportunities include Red Cross CPR/First Aid Training, Lifeguard Certification and Kitaki specific Challenge Course Facilitation. YMCA Camp Kitaki is known for their DEI work within the camping industry, supportive staff culture, as well as a focus on Child Abuse Prevention. The OE program is also growing, with opportunities for curriculum development and implementation. The spring season starts April 8th and runs through May 17th. *Option to stay through summer and fall.

Compensation Information
