Summary

Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, playful, and heart-centered educator to lead one of our preschool classes (ages 3–5) in a full-time role rooted in nature-based, child-centered learning.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in early childhood environments and understands that the preschool years are a time for deep connection, sensory exploration, and foundational social-emotional development. Our preschool teachers create spaces where children can move, imagine, explore, and build relationships with the land and one another.

We are especially excited to welcome someone who is bilingual or multilingual and inspired to bring language and cultural learning into daily rhythms in meaningful, joyful, and integrated ways.

Weekly Rhythm:

Monday-Thursday - Teaching, 8am-4pm (children present 9am-3pm)

Friday – Paid prep, planning, documentation, and team collaboration

Compensation Information

  • $28–$34/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
