As a Nature Preschool Guide, you will foster curiosity in an inquiry-rich outdoor classroom, exploring meadows, forests, and streams daily with children ages 3–6. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape a mission-driven program featuring small adult-to-child ratios and a collaborative team culture.

Summary

Denver Audubon Nature Preschool is launching this September — and we're hiring a Guide to help lead one of Colorado's first licensed outdoor, nature-based preschools. This is a rare opportunity to spend your days outside at Chatfield State Park, fostering curiosity and wonder in children ages 3–6 through hands-on exploration of meadows, forests, and streams. Small group sizes, a mission-driven team, and a stunning natural setting make this unlike any other early childhood role out there.
