Nature Preschool Educator

Work alongside an experienced nature-based early childhood educator and see the benefits of learning outdoors with young students. 

Job Skills Required:

• You must be okay with getting down in the dirt with the children
• You must love NATURE and be comfortable in it all year round and in all weather- don't worry if you don't know the native plants and butterflies our little Naturalists will teach you in no time
• The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however, the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential.
• You must be able to distribute warm hugs as required.
• Possessing the skills required to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people is of the utmost importance.
• Pretending to eat Play-Doh and mudpie creations realistically is required, and that of drinking numerous cups of pretend tea.
• You must have the ability to read a children's book, upside down, with at least 4 interruptions per page.
• Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special, and important to many young children and their families. There is simply no other job quite like this on!
• A passed background check, punctuality and reliability are required

Required Work Hours are:

• Monday & Tuesday 1 PM- 4 PM
