Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist
Keystone Science School is hiring a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to provide customer service and support to our clients, which includes parents, teachers, school administrators, and community members. You will manage a high volume of phone, email, and chat communications to answer questions and resolve issues for participants. This position also supports student enrollment in KSS programs, including the collection of payment and camper paperwork and on-site check-in facilitation. Specialists assist with writing and distributing a parent newsletter, social media, and other marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity to grow your marketing skills and career! The Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist works collaboratively with a fun and mission-driven team that cares about youth science and outdoor education, and your work will positively and directly impact the thousands of campers that visit KSS campus each year. This position requires the ability to speak and write in both English and Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, and a passion for customer service and marketing!

Day Camp Head Counselor (Four Positions Available)
The Day Camp Head Counselor is responsible for facilitating a wide variety of curricula and activities and coaching a small group of counselors at one of our programming locations. They are the primary caregiver for each child attending programming, and are responsible for guiding campers in their personal growth and daily living skills. Head Counselors will need to be familiar with the daily schedule, attendance, and logistics of the Day Camp program. This position will assist in upholding child care licensing standards at each of the designated program locations. Day Camp counselors will be expected to adhere to dynamic health guidance and policy set forth by KSS while working with children during a global pandemic, which may include living with other counselors in a communal living environment.

Development and Events Manager
The Development and Events Manager works in partnership with the program team, volunteers, Development Director, and the Executive Director to plan for and execute annual fundraising events, build strong relationships with donors through professional and heartfelt communications and interactions, and confidently and effectively manages our donor database and regular giving reports. A key piece of this position requires supporting the foundation of our donor relationships by accurately tracking donor giving in Salesforce, ensuring donors are acknowledged appropriately, and are communicated with in a professional and timely manner.

Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist
Keystone Science School is hiring a Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist to develop and implement the organization's full-cycle recruiting strategy, which includes sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and training talent. The Specialist will work in partnership with hiring managers to facilitate an efficient hiring workflow and create a positive experience for candidates and employees. They will work on a team of HR professionals to ensure that all aspects of HR, including hiring practices, are just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive. This position requires creativity to explore new ideas to attract talent, effective communication and coaching skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume of paperwork, onboarding, and training tasks with attention to detail.
 

Camp Programs Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is a full-time year-round position responsible for the successful implementation of all Keystone Science Schools Programs. Program Coordinators may be asked to oversee or support any of the programs operating at KSS during a given season, however this particular position will primarily focus on the Camp Programs. Camp programs include but are not limited to Residential Summer Camp Programs, Summer Day Camp Programs, and Offseason Overnight and Day Programs. As part of the Program Team, Program Coordinators oversee logistics, develop curriculum, serve as points of contact to clients, collaborate with other administrative staff, and support program needs as they arise. Program Coordinators also provide oversight and mentorship to program staff, which includes hiring, training, and coaching. Program Coordinators work diligently to deliver the highest quality programs to our campers.

HR Generalist
Keystone Science School is hiring an HR Generalist with a "ready-for-anything" attitude and solid knowledge across multiple HR disciplines. Responsibilities will include policy development, record-keeping, workplace safety and risk management, legal compliance, training and development, employee experience, payroll support, benefits, and other HR administration tasks and projects. Working in collaboration with a team of HR professionals, the Generalist will incorporate justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) best practices into all aspects of HR. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicate to diverse audiences, and the ability to manage confidential data and issues.

Camp Photographer/Videographer - Internship
The Camp Photographer/Videographer brings the story of summer camp to our camp families and larger audience through various forms of media including video, photo, and written copy. Each day brings new opportunities to participate in and capture the magic moments of campers adventures and activities. In addition to taking photos and video clips, the Camp Photo/Videographer will work closely with a cross-departmental group of team members to collect, manage, and share content with our camp families. All collected media will be shared with our families through Camp Today, a password protected media storage software, along with the production of a weekly camp video which is presented after each session of overnight camp during the Camp Closing Celebration.
