Summary

The Kellogg PEAK Initiative is seeking full-time summer seasonal employees to join our Day Camp team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and our Residential (overnight) Camp team in Boscobel, Wisconsin. From Counselors to Program Instructors to Leadership positions to Food Service Staff, we are looking for a diverse team to provide an incredible leadership development experience for our campers this summer. Regardless of career path, our summer staff gain leadership and professional skills that will serve them for the rest of their lives, such as communication, flexibility, creativity, problem solving, and relationship-building.

Compensation Information

Starting at $600/week for counselors at Lake Valley Camp (housing and meals are included).
Starting at $15/hour for counselors in Milwaukee.
Increased rate of pay for positions with increased responsibilities at both sites.
