Join us lakeside in the Deschutes National Forest as we create hands-on outdoor experiences that inspire growth, connection, and curiosity in youth. In spring and fall, we welcome local 5th and 6th graders for overnight Outdoor School filled with experiential science, team building, recreation, and campfires. During summer, we host campers ages 8–13 for week-long sessions featuring swimming, crafts, sports, and lively evening programs like campfires and a carnival. We’re looking for staff who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited to support youth development through mentored outdoor adventures
