Summary

Excite youth about local agriculture, improve food access and nutrition, and enrich school learning through science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) lessons. Educate our community about the importance of supporting local agricultural businesses, and encouraging individuals to eat local, fresh food from our farmers. Collaborate with regional experts on developing local food guides and calendars. Our Local Food Educator will have a lasting impact supporting local food systems, local food access, healthy eating, and community opportunities for youth and families!
