We are currently seeking a 5-day lead teacher for a 1/2 day program, We are a Nature Based Preschool located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Summary

The Kinder Garden Preschool is a nature-based preschool located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are currently seeking a candidate for a half-day, lead teacher position. The teacher will lead a class of 8 students, spending a majority of time in our outdoor classroom, woods and garden.

The Lead teacher will work with a class of eight students, spending a majority of their time in our outdoor classroom, woods and garden. We do offer an indoor structure for inclement days. The candidate will work with other staff to adapt our seasonally based curriculum to your students interests. 

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Early Childhood certification and experience
  • Interest in nature based and outdoor education
  • Environmental Education Certification or current enrollment in the program is a plus
  • Knowledge of Reggio inspired programs a plus
