Summary
You'll oversee the training, support, and evaluation of guest engagement staff and volunteers, ensuring excellence in program delivery and engagement initiatives. This position also involves developing innovative conservation events and overseeing the Docent volunteer program, from recruitment and onboarding to training and ongoing support. Your leadership will have a direct impact on our ability to connect guests with meaningful experiences that promote conservation and stewardship.

Compensation Information
This Lead Guest Engagement Coordinator position pays $17 an hour. Full Time employees receive Store/Attraction employee discounts, Medical, Vision, Dental, LTD, 401(k), Company Paid Life Insurance and STD, and Paid Time Off.
