Since 1995, SDCOE’s Science Outreach programs have been inspiring San Diego County youth, through hands-on programs, to become responsible stewards of their watershed and community. These programs connect with schools throughout the county. With each visit, our science educators work to enhance student knowledge on key environmental issues and system dynamics. The Instructional Internship position develops the skills of those passionate about the environment and working with students. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain teaching experience and engaging the community about environmental science.
