Summary
Vida Verde is hiring a full-time, year-round Head of Program (HoP) to manage our flagship School Year Program in San Gregorio, CA. This leadership role oversees program logistics and staff, ensures high-quality instruction, and supports students through culturally relevant outdoor learning experiences. The HoP lives on-site and works in collaboration with a dedicated and values-driven team.

Compensation Information
- Salary Range: $50,000–$62,000 annually (based on experience)
- On-site Housing: Private room provided; valued at $12,000/year
- Total Compensation Package: Approximately $62,000–$74,000 annually
- Additional Benefits:
- 3 weeks paid vacation + 5 paid holidays
