Audubon Community Nature Center seeks a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead the organization to new heights. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer, responsible for the overall leadership, management, and administration of all Nature Center activities and initiatives.

Summary

The qualified candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven experience in development and donor relations, fiscal management, and team leadership, who will work collaboratively with the Board, staff, committees, and volunteers to ensure the organization fulfills its mission, upholds its values, and advances its Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) commitments.
