Summary
Duties
Program Development and Management
- Manage the Art of Conservation youth education program, encompassing the Fish Art Contest and the Songbird Art Contest.
- Develop a strategic growth plan in partnership with local, nationwide, and international organizations.
- Expand participation through collaboration with program stakeholders, sponsors, state agencies, and educator networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and new program sponsors and develop sponsorship materials and solicitations.
- Create educational resources for teachers and students to accompany the Art of Conservation programs, including lesson plans, webinars, and teacher trainings.
- Attend and present at conferences and events to network and promote the Art of Conservation programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with media contacts.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to update and maintain the Wildlife Forever website.
- Support organizational staff with program development and promotion as needed.
- Co-manage community events to promote Wildlife Forever's mission and programs.
- Administrative duties as needed, including answering phones, responding to general emails, shipping and receiving products, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Experience or interest in natural resource issues, fishing, and hunting.
- Proven project management experience.
- Ability to network and collaborate with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in youth or environmental education, natural science, natural resource management, marketing, communications, public relations, business management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.
- Experience with social media management.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of education and hands-on outdoor experience in areas such as conservation education, marketing, communications, and public relations. They will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about wildlife conservation.
This position is full time (40 hours) based at the Wildlife Forever headquarters at 5350 Hwy 61 N. #7 in White Bear Lake, MN. Candidates are required to pass a reference check and criminal background check.

Compensation Information
$45,000-$55,000 USD per year
