The Grassroots Advocacy Manager will support the Broads’ efforts to advance protections of our wilderness and wildlands.

Summary


The Grassroots Advocacy Manager will have a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with volunteer Broadband chapter leaders (Grassroots Leadership Program), community leaders, and partner groups. They will collaborate with the Executive Director to oversee the development of the Broadbands’ grassroots advocacy agenda and oversee its implementation and execution; and, represent Broads’ in community engagement and coalition work with advocacy partners.

The Grassroots Leadership Program (GLP) supports the organization’s mission by training, supporting, and engaging women as grassroots leaders and advocates for public lands and wild places. The Grassroots Leadership Program has over 70 volunteer leaders who facilitate 40+ local chapters (Broadbands) across the U.S.

Compensation Information

Salary range is $25,000 – $37,000 based on experience.
