We are now interviewing for an Assistant Director, 3 site-specific directors, and Camp Counselors. 10 weeks of camp, plus one week of training between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Two locations: Rowe Woods and Long Branch Farm and Trails.

Summary

The Assistant Camp Director is accountable for assisting with the planning, delivery, and oversight of CNC’s CincyNature Camp programming. This position collaborates across teams to create a high-quality camp experience that advances CNC’s mission, drives audience growth, grows participants, and contributes to the organization's earned revenue and long-term engagement goals. Requires previous camp experience and/or group/class management experience.

The Day Camp Site Director position oversees operations at one primary camp location (Rowe Visitor Center, Fernwood Shelter, or Long Branch Farm & Trails) with 8-10 camp counselors, approximately 50 campers and LITs. Requires previous camp experience and/or group/class management experience.

The CincyNature Summer Camp Counselor position works in pairs helping groups of 12 campers between the ages of 5 and 12 explore and experience everything nature has to offer. Each week has a different theme where groups hike, play, and discover.

Compensation Information

Assistant Camp Director = $20/hour

Day Camp Site Director = $17/hour

Day Camp Counselor = Starts at $13.00/hour
