Center Operations Manager

 Under the supervision of the PRAC Senior Center Manager, the Manager will be responsible for efficient and smooth management of the daily operations of the center and continual innovation to encourage a sense of community amongst all visitors. 

Regular duties will include supervising frontline staff and volunteers, maintaining the center gift shop, contracting for facilities and grounds maintenance and improvements, assisting with vendor paperwork for programs and special events, managing the center’s finances and balancing budgets, contributing to the overall conservation impact plan, and supervising and enforcing rental protocols.
