The Campus Instructor position we are hiring for, gets you in the door to become a field instructor with the Academy at SOAR in future years. In our campus position you work with the students on campus and over weekends, with the goal to become a field instructor where you would backpack, canoe, travel internationally and so much more with our students. All of this while helping with academics in on campus or in the field that are provided by our teachers!

Compensation Information
Anticipated pay is $684 per week through May 14th 2023 (except two weeks at winter break) with the possibility of extending into our summer camp programs. Shared housing is an option near buy the school for a fee each month - if desired during off time.
Staff get 1 week paid fall break, 1 week paid spring break and 2 week unpaid winter break.
