Pay: $325/week (paid biweekly)

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor campers ages 3–18.
- Lead and participate in hikes, swimming, games, adventure ropes course, rock climbing, canoeing, skits, and more!
- Help create a safe, fun, and inclusive camp environment.
- Work alongside our team of Naturalists in an outdoor education setting.
- Serve as a positive role model and teammate.
Want more adventure? Some counselors will be selected as Wilderness Trip Counselors, helping with off-site overnight canoe, kayak, and backpacking trips in places like the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Isle Royale National Park.
Preferred Skills: Experience with kids, camps, leadership, or an interest in nature and outdoor education.
