The Assistant Director for Mountain Campus Educational Initiatives provides supervision, leadership, program management, crisis and emergency management for an active seasonal CSU Mountain Campus operation. This includes the conference/retreat center and a comprehensive academic and research facility in a remote mountain setting.

Summary

The Assistant Director for Mountain Campus Educational Initiatives provides supervision, leadership, program management, crisis and emergency management for an active seasonal CSU Mountain Campus operation. This includes the conference/retreat center and a comprehensive academic and research facility in a remote mountain setting.

The Assistant Director must be willing to work outside of the standard university business hours on a regular basis during the summer and Mountain Campus seasons. The individual carries out their responsibilities under the supervision of the Associate Director for the Mountain Campus and in conjunction with another Assistant Director. The position requires working and living at the remote mountain campus from May until October, including evening and weekend coverage. The remainder of the year is spent working on the main CSU campus in Fort Collins and is eligible for hybrid/remote work.
