Summary
Provide engaging, high-quality, inquiry-based wildlife and conservation education to middle school students in the afterschool hours to local students while forming positive relationships with students and partnering organizations.
Conduct wildlife education programs for students in up to 8 different middle schools (grades 5-8) and potentially elementary students in schools, and virtual settings by either Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Candidates will be expected to follow an established curriculum teaching basic ecology in an inquiry-based learning format.
Candidates must be a proven dynamic and engaging educator while also showing empathy-based skills to form positive relationships with students enrolled in the afterschool programs.
