Job Overview:
Community Farm School is seeking a passionate and dedicated After School Program Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a genuine love for working with children, and the ability to foster a positive and supportive exploration environment for students in a mixed-aged (kindergarten through 4th grade) setting.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children
     

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of educational best practices and child development theories
  • First Aid and CPR certification

Compensation Information

Schedule and Salary Information:
The After School Educator will be with children from 3-6PM M-F and they are paid for an hour of planning time each day. Expected hours: 20 per week
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
