Summary
A Trip Leader's primary focus is to further the mission of Camp Pinnacle by providing safe leadership for our adventure activities for campers ages 7-15. Activities include hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, climbing tower, water zip line, team building/group initiative games, and bouldering. Trip Leaders facilitate these activities by ensuring campers understand the basic skills required and helping campers achieve success in each area.
At Camp Pinnacle, trip leaders are responsible for:
- Planning, implementing, and leading fun and safe backpacking, day hiking, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, rafting and climbing trips alongside the Program Director and Head of Trips(our department head)
- Helping run in-camp programming and behind the scenes work

Minimum Payment for the summer (May 19-August 9) is $3840
